"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service.
I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored.
The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own.
The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

"La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay...

"The place was very nice, ample and clean.
The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast very comforting. The location is excellent, and there is a parking lot just around the corner that can charge by the day if you prefer it. I highly recommend this place! "
