Located near the main town center and a block from the downtown bus station, this hotel offers modern amenities with great views. We are grateful for their staff and also enjoyed the culinary options at their Arriba Abajo restaurant on the 1st floor. However, the king size bed was a little too firm for my taste. Also, the lack of Wi-Fi bandwidth affected our ability to view television or connect online at certain hours.

Came down to San Miguel for a wedding in mid-January of 2026. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the rooftop is a nice spot to sit and relax in the early morning or late evening. Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed, from directions, laundry dry cleaning service, restaurant recommendations and pretty much anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The best thing about Casa Pandurata are the concierge services! Alex Perez and Jesus Barron were invaluable help with our medical and pharmaceutical needs, in addition to the typical help with transportation, communication, TVs, etc. Rooms, beds, location, restaurant, etc. are all excellent. We would highly recommend Casa Pandurata!

The house was nice and comfortable, the location was right in the town, near of everything. However, we had a really hard time to get in because we never got the door passcode, and there was nobody in the house to help us, so we had to pay two rooms in a hotel to spend the night. If you’re planning to rent this place, make sure to have the passcode of the main entrance and your room before you get there.

Wonderful place to stay, nice location and everything was nice. The shower is fantastic, me and my partner must have showered at least 10 times in our 2+ day trip, including 5 times in one day. Parking offsite can be expensive due to central location.

Rented one of the best rooms a two bedroom, two bath on the 3rd floor. I’m pretty sure I was the only one renting at the time- only four days. Well, they did CONSTRUCTION, saws, hammers, electric tools, RIGHT NEXT DOOR. They even started at 8 am while I’m there working remotely as a speech therapist in session all day. If not for the construction, it was great. Very well taken care of, everything you would need in the kitchen, including coffee.

La casa está súper ubicada a menos de dos cuadras de la plaza principal, llegar a todos lados y visitar la ciudad fue realmente fácil.!! Una mención especial para Alejandro, el encargado del turno de día, nos hizo sentir realmente como en casa, cuidó todos los detalles y siempre estuvo atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Hubo un pequeño detalle con el sofá cama e inmediatamente le dieron a mi hijo otra habitación, sin pedirla, sin exigirla, simple y sencillamente salvaguardando la comodidad y satisfacción del huésped, mis respetos para el gerente general, quién fue quien giró la instrucción no importando el horario nocturno, en donde sucedió. Todas sus instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas con muchos detalles, no te hace falta nada y puedes pasar unos días súper confortable en la casa. Sin lugar a dudas de ahora adelante será nuestro sitio favorito en San Miguel de Allende, ya no hay que buscar más! Una última cosa a reconocer es su comunicación constante, lo cual facilita tu llegada, tu estancia y tu salida. Felicidades por ser tan profesionales y ser punta de lanza en la hospitalidad de San Miguel de Allende.
