Nice place, gardens and reception. it was a Cantinflás place, he lived or owned the place. I slept super well but other friends staying near the street could not sleep because of the street noise. It is a 25min walking from city center

There was no air conditioner nor fan. We stayed in May which is way hot. The room was like sauna even during the night when outside was so cool and flesh. My family including 2 kids could not sleep until 4 am because of the heat. We tried to sleep at 8pm!!!! We opened the door completely to get fresh air from outside, but we only got so many mosquitos. It was our first night we could not sleep. Terrible!

La habitación estaba regular, el restaurante también pero la atención es pésima!! Nos atendieron muy mal, nos dijeron que por contratarlo en expedía no era la misma atención que contratando directamente con ellos, pero su página web es pésima y la atención por teléfono igual, no había nadie que nos ayudara con las maletas, la atención en recepción es muy mala y si quieres reservar en alguna de sus actividades te hacen caras. No vayan, hay más opciones a mejor precio en la plataforma.
