Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and excellent staff. Beautiful grounds with thermal pool and spa. Nice food and bar service until 5 pm, and several restaurants within driving distance. Sits next to a wonderful park with beautiful walking pathss.

The only thing was that the showers had very little water coming out to shower. My husband also hurt himself by the jacuzzi in the hotel because there was very little lighting.

La gente muy amable, la habitación bien excepto que al baño le falta ventilación. Al grado que el techo y alguna paredes están impregnadas de moho. Este el único detalle b cuánto a la habitación. En cuanto a la entrega de la habitación, se entiende que si está lleno uno deba esperar a las 15:00 para que le entreguen la habitación. Pero estando vacío ¿Porqué a fuerza dejarnos pasar a la habitación hasta las 15:00?

Es un hotel para aprovechar el balneario. Pero si hace frío no “dan ganas” de ir al las albercas termales. La pequeña alberca que está en el área de habitaciones solo la llenan en la noche, lo cual no me gustó. Si quisieras privacidad no la hay.

Excelente descanso.

El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo, habitaciones espaciosas. No es muy grande, pero tiene acceso al balneario y a todas las albercas. En general buen servicio. Mis felicitaciones a las chicas del spa, muy profesionales. No sé si el restaurante es parte del hotel, pero el servicio no me gustó, generan mucha basura, pedí un vaso de agua y sólo tienen embotellada. Tampoco en la recepción tuvieron filtro o garrafón y nos dieron mucho plástico. También deberían solicitar que te enjuagues antes de usar las albercas.

El hotel vale la pena solo por el balneario

Las habitaciones son modestas para el precio. Lo compensa un poco el acceso al balneario. El problema es que el chek in es a las 3.00 pm y el balneario cierra a las 5:00 pm. El servicio de restaurante muy malo. Cierran muy temprano. el menú muy limitado y el servicio se ve rebasado por la demanda.

Me gusto: Aguas termales y un lugar muy limpio y con la naturaleza muy cuidada. Zonas arboladas para hacer día de campo en familia. La comida del restaurante es buena aunque con pocas opciones el menú, y a muy buen precio y bien servida. No me gusto: El lugar estaba lleno por ser semana santa y eso no permite disfrutar el lugar, mucho ruido y música a alto volumen de todo tipo que no se puede descansar. Le daré otra vuelta en temporada baja. La tarifa por noche es algo cara para lo que ofrecen como servicios del hotel.

eL HOTEL cobra caro la noche por lo que ofrece, esperaba màs bonito, no hay ni tocador en las habitaciones, es un balneario pùblico, eso no està mal, pero yo no iba a eso, no volverìa allì. Te cobran como uno de 5 estrellas, pero llega a dos. El entorno bonito, aunque luce medio descuidado.

Mucho menos de lo que esperaba

El hotel deja mucho que desear, el precio es elevado para lo que realmente es. Las fotos prometen mucho pero el lugar no es agradable y no tienen absolutamente ningún tipo de protocolo vs COVID. Las sábanas estaban sucias y las almohadas igual. Cómo último punto y a considerar, el wifi no sirve y no hay señal, por lo que si requieres internet debes tener presente eso.

I liked the fresh air and the warmth of the pools and hot pools but the only bad part is that I didn't get to stay too long to enjoy it all. I did not like that our room was not available until 1 hour after our check in so it cut our hot pool time very short since it closed at 5PM and we got checked in till 4PM.

Mal en general, batallaron para hacerme el cargo con mi tarjeta, no vale la pena relación precio y lo que ofrecen, estuve por un día y la mañana de salida no había agua en las instalaciones y no pudieron resolverlo. En general no es lo que ofrecen, no vale lo que cuesta y deficiente servicio.

Es importante dar aviso que las piscinas y demás son PUBLICAS, desconocia el tema asi que me agarro de sorpresa, su personal hace todo para que tengas una estadia grata, les felicito. Sin embargo, afea el tema de las piscinas con bocinas y cervezas dentro de como balneario publico. El hotel se me hizo elevado de precio por lo poco que ofrece, las suites son cuartos comunes con todos. Entiendo perfecto que segmento de hotel es, pero lo que no me gusto es que si buscan vender a sus clientes la idea de un hotel privado pues sea realmente privado! no quise la verdad ni meterme a una piscina ya que era un mundo de gente. Fuera de eso, agradecido con su personal.
