Nice appartment. Nice outside and inside pool sauna. Near the beach. Only teo blocks away. But noisy rooms and on second floor you could hear the entertainment songs in the evening. To loud for our taste unfortunatly. The inside pool looked dirty. Need to be cleaned more regularly.

Great pool. Nice breakfast with glutenfree alternatives. Easy to walk to the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Nice rooms/apartments. The staff in the reception could perhaps have smiled more often, but they were serviceminded when we needed help.

Great hotel! Very spacious apartments and balconies. Good food and facilities and close to the beach. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, very professional, helpful and very friendly, a big thank you to Antonio (head of the restaurant) and Miguel (waiter) for making our stay even better, both of them are a great asset for this hotel, very friendly, helpful and professional.

Our stay at this hotel was lovely. Its not a 4 star hotel but it was a small lovely hotel. The restraunt staff where absolutely amazing especially Toni. The pool was fine and the hotel was really clean. We did 6 days and think that was enough.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The pool is fantastic, with plenty of benches available for relaxation. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family, and featured a lovely balcony. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. Additionally, the location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to Alcudia Beach. The reception staff were very nice and always ready to help, especially Nico. Their friendliness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Nice location, convenient to go to the beach and with convenience stores just across the street last-minute snacks and grocery shopping. Very family-friendly. The pool was very nice, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room could have been cleaner, especially the floors. Air conditioning didn't work in the room, which at 37C temperature was very unpleasant.

Correct 1 night stay in this hotel. Affordable-ish, room big enough with a kitchen, big enough balcony with view on the pool. I would recommend but for that one detail: the smell ! Smell of dirty pipes when opening the door, quickly dissipates when opening the window, but it did rain during our stay and then an even stronger smell reeked in the while hotel, even outside, not sure if it is due to the location (there are canals and bassins around the hotel). I might return for a 1night transit, maybe not for more.

Lovely hotel, great food, restaurant staff are amazing. Only one problem is the air conditioning, ours didn’t work at all. They did provide us with fans as soon as we told them and offered us another room, but with the heat in the mid 30’s it wouldn’t have got it below 25 degrees anyway so we opted to stay in our room. We arrived late at night and the night porter didn’t mention anything about food being left for us in the restaurant if we were hungry, with coffee and cold drinks, however the restaurant manager did inform us about the early breakfast which we did have when we left early for home.

Schön zentral gelegen. Jedoch gibt es vom Ausländerheim in manchen Morgenstunden, beginnend morgens 1.30Uhr einen kräftig, lauten Gesang der ca. 1 Stunde anhält. Jeden Morgen wird man von einem Hahn lautstark geweckt. Die Einrichtung insb.Couch ist schon sehr abgewohnt und ggf. defekt. Beim draufsetzten musste man immer aufpassen das die Couch nicht auseinander ging, da es sich gleichzeitig um eine Schlafcouch handelte. Das Bad wies einen Fäkalien, abgestandenem Geruch auf. Wir haben uns Reiniger gekauft um den Geruch erträglich zu bekommen. Das Service Personal im Frühstücksraum war unglaublich nett und aufmerksam, insb. der Chef des dortigen Personals. Auch am Pool die Rettungsschwimmerin war super lieb und nett. Beim Reinigungspersonal in der 5.Etage gab es unterschiedliche Freundlichkeiten, von etwas na ja bis super nett. Der Check in und out waren absolut unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Sehr schön sind die vielen Restaurant s in der Nähe.
