"After many years of Premier Inn and now other Hotels This is my first stay with a serviced apartment in this country. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. "Stunning apartments, looking right out onto the track. Got to see some F4 racing from the room and walk into the paddock just because we’d booked a race weekend without initially realising. Balconies are shared if you get a one bedroom apartment but we were the only ones in our apartment block so we had some privacy. Decent breakfast buffet. Pool area nice enough with nice changing rooms."

"We had booked a weekend stay but didn’t check in until about 11pm on the first night. Got to our room which was quite spacious but as soon as we opened the bathroom door, the smell of mould was extremely overwhelming. There was a window that couldn’t be opened and mould spores all over the ceiling and around the shower. Turning the tap on only made the smell worse and the only way to keep the smell contained was to keep the door closed. We had requested another room the next day but this wasn’t accommodated due to the hotel being fully booked, but someone was sent to the room to do a temporary ‘freshen up’ which didn’t last long before the smell of mould reappeared. We finally managed to get a new room the next day which was alot smaller but the bathroom was fine, although as soon as you step out of the lift on the 7th floor, again there was an overwhelming smell of mould. Overall, the lobby to the hotel is gorgeous but the rooms, corridors and carpets need some serious TLC. Wouldn’t stay here again until the current issues are addressed."

"We stayed for one night in a suite booked through Expedia and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the price paid. We chose the suite because it was advertised as having a separate sitting area and complimentary WiFi. However, the room did not appear to have a genuinely separate seating area as described, and we were not provided with any WiFi information on arrival. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a broken and unstable table, an empty shower gel dispenser, an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom, and a room telephone that did not work. We also attempted to contact room service at around 7pm and received no answer. The sofa bed was particularly disappointing. Our child, who normally sleeps very well, struggled to sleep on it and we did not feel it was suitable for use as a child's bed. The room was extremely hot on arrival, with the windows and curtains left open on one of the hottest days of the year. Despite putting the fans on immediately, it took a long time for the room to become comfortable. The hotel itself felt tired and dated in several areas and would benefit from refurbishment and improved maintenance. We were also disappointed by the breakfast arrangements. Information provided stated that weekday breakfast, including Mondays, was served from 7:00am. However, as it was a Bank Holiday Monday, breakfast did not start until 8:00am.
