Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included"

"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "Brown was excellent!! Juan Pablo, one the staff was great and very helpful, every room as a view to the lake, infinity pool, the food is great!!! Free breakfast, free parking with option of valet if you prefer, drive was beautiful, you get into the woods to get to the hotel, nothing to worry about, very safe. I'm definitely going back. "

"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay. Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic."
