"The building and rooms are clean. Can walk to shops and the center of Usaquen. It’s so nice to be able to park our car in the building. There is a Smart Fit gym at a walking distance (10 minutes). The staff is very friendly."

"Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. "

"We got lock out with our groceries on day 2 and the host wanted our passports copies after we did the secured check in! Felt our personal information was force to be given to a person instead of the portal in order to get back in the apartment! Will never stayed there again!"
