Unfortunately the pool is undergoing construction but you can use the facilities at a sister hotel 2 blocks away. The staff is truly remarkable, warm, friendly and doing whatever possible to ensure a great stay"

"Room was great. If considering Bogota Tequendama—- absolutely choose the 4Points Sheraton Tequendama vs Tequendama Monserrate if going on a weekend. They are 2 hotels sharing same infrastructure but the Tequendama Monserrate virtually closed on the weekend whereas 4 Points is fully open. "
