"The cabin was an excellent calming retreat listening to only the sounds of the birds and nature. The steps up to the cabins can be a bit steep (up to 30cm/ 12 inches) but assuming you are there to hike Park Tayrona it's a good warm up for the trails in the park. Breakfast and dinners were excellent and Kevin our front desk person, arranged an early breakfast so we could get to the hikes at break of dawn. "Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them. The property is doing construction on several parts and we were never informed before booking it. There is a lot of improvement to be done overall!"
