"The location is nice very modern with great view but in reality the administration and maintenance is not what they show online they need to give better description. For example the address is incorrect it sent us to a random town and they don’t have laundry, (house keeping did it for us for an additional fee but she told us that they do not offer that service) The bathroom water drain seems to not work because it smelled like dirty water with human waste. "Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "This place was what we needed for a few days. Relaxing in the mountains 20 minutes from the airport of Jose Maria Cordova Medellin. I've been to the city and love Medellin, but it gets a bit hectic at times and this place allows some perfect R&R with an incredible view of the Andes mountain range. It's private and safe and overall a great experience from the jacuzzi on the patio to the great bathroom. The overall attentiveness of the staff made the stay even more welcoming and incredible....

"Always an amazing experience at Viajero Guatapé! Viajero Guatapé is one of my favorite places to stay — I’ve been here multiple times, and it’s always great to be back! The vibe is unbeatable, and it’s the perfect spot to meet travelers from all over the world. There’s a wonderful mix of people and a welcoming, social atmosphere that makes every visit special. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with incredible views of the lake. The food and drinks are excellent, and there’s always something happening — from fun group activities to relaxing moments by the water. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, or pontoon boats, and they even offer tours to downtown Guatapé and La Piedra. Everything about this place is perfect — great energy, amazing staff, and breathtaking views. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, have fun, and connect with others. 🌞🌊💫"
