"The hotel is an economy hotel, but was very acceptable for the price. I stayed 4 days. My room was small but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was made by the person on duty at the time when I came down in the morning. Always scrambled eggs, arepa, small piece of white bread, and coffee. My stay was during the slow season and I may have been the only guest in the hotel, so I can not comment on noise. Good WIFI. It is an easy walk to the El Penol town center. It is a good hotel, I would stay again. "

"This place should have its own category for its excellence. The staff, scenery, service, rooms, Its everything! It was beyond perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us! Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you. But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there. Just communicate and give them time to make it happen. They will not dissappoint you. HINT. Take the boat ride in and out of the place. The roads are .. well I guess you will find out when you order a cab to take you to Penol or Guatape haha. "

"The adress listed in the email I got was wrong we end up in the wrong place after I was charge over 300.000 pesos for transportation we call the hotel staff then told me over the phone that my reservation was cancel ask me what time I did it I told her I day before and then she told me she did cancel cause the room we book some people came in the morning and she never acepted my booking but I dint get a cancelation email either after lost my trip there we end up booking in a diferent place as that one cancel actually she said she never confirm it with us but I never did get q email with a cancellation from them was really disappointing as it was a long trip and I was with a newborn will never book here again "
