The vibe is unbeatable, and it’s the perfect spot to meet travelers from all over the world. There’s a wonderful mix of people and a welcoming, social atmosphere that makes every visit special. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with incredible views of the lake. The food and drinks are excellent, and there’s always something happening — from fun group activities to relaxing moments by the water. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, or pontoon boats, and they even offer tours to downtown Guatapé and La Piedra. "The location is nice very modern with great view but in reality the administration and maintenance is not what they show online they need to give better description. For example the address is incorrect it sent us to a random town and they don’t have laundry, (house keeping did it for us for an additional fee but she told us that they do not offer that service) The bathroom water drain seems to not work because it smelled like dirty water with human waste. We booked for 4 people and only got 2 towels no toilet paper either and no soap. There is good transportation taxis who work 24/7. The water in the faucets come out yellow. Lastly the road to get to hotel is not paved it’s a dirt road with lots of holes so beware."
