"I would love to give this a high rating because the staff was great and the location is good. I will also say that it’s very safe. I can’t give it a high rating because there were more than a dozen items in the room that needed a hand on it. Simple things which makes you wonder what the issue is. I didn’t see other rooms but the maid service attempted to come in every day with no way to say “do not disturb”. The first day I thought it was someone at the wrong room because I don’t speak Italian....

The property is super well maintained and the room has everything we could have needed and wished (coffee, tv, kitchen corner, and also dog friendly amenities such as big bed and bowls). We were staying at Villa Tea B&B during Covid-19 period which is why there were no other guests but the two rooms which we occupied with our family. The area is very peaceful, quiet, and safe. The house is on top of the mountain with a wonderful view, cool in the summer. The center of the village is a short walk away. Very good breakfast for 5 euro per person. If you want an authentic Italian village experience - this is it. "
