" La struttura, sebbene non di recente costruzione gode di una posizione davvero suggestiva: si trova a pochi passi dalla splendida rocca di Grottammare, immersa in un contesto tranquillo e ricco di fascino. Per raggiungere il mare è sufficiente una piacevole passeggiata di circa quindici minuti, scendendo alcune gradinate.
