Very good location, convenient but without noise around. The check in time is in the morning which is so friend for tourists. The staff are polite and helpful. By the way, we like breakfast there. Generally it is a perfect place to stay at Florence.

The hotel was fantastic. Very convenient to train station and very large rooms by European standards. The staff was very friendly, especially Kathlyn at the front desk. The cleaning person, Silvana, was VERY thorough and did a great job each day.

Outstanding management and staff. The reception and breakfast offering were exemplary. We have seldom met such helpful and pleasant staff in a hotel or b and b in our travels over sux decades! Amenities are satisfactory, but rooms should have a comf I rtable chair to relax i ; also there is very little table space to set down books or to use for writing, computer work.

Love this hotel! We stayed 5 nights total, 2 different rooms. Recycling bins and eco friendly products. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a granola bar with all sorts of seeds/grains/fruit - nice to have a healthy option when eating pizza and pasta daily! Very close to train and all the sites. I highly recommend.
