The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated, but clean and useable. The kitchenette had everything you would need. I picked it for the river and it looked great. You can sit out and watch the water in the evening. Relaxing.

This place was awesome! Rooms are small, but I think he has they have everything you need. Super clean! The beds are super comfortable. The outdoor space offers many places to sit and being right on the marina, they have dock where you can even dangle your feet in the water. Staff is super friendly and quick to help in anyway they can. I highly recommend Hills!!

Really cute room great for 4 people. Lovely staff and great location. Uncle Sam's boat tour is only 8 minutes walk. The mattress were not comfortable, so we didn't get good sleep. I think it's time to replace them. But overall it is an affordable place to stay and explore Alexandria Bay

Have been staying here for years! Owners have changed a few times, but the place remains the same, quiet & quaint! Wish they would purchase some decent bath towels. They were all a variety of mismatched towels that some were very worn, but clean at least. Still won't stop me from returning again though, because you can't beat the location, price & its right on the water!!

This is not a complaint it is a suggestion the beds are small and could use a little updating. The staff was most accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. We plan on returning next time we go to Alex Bay.

I never like to put down a place that's "trying". This location is on the water and very close to all activities (downtown) so that's a plus. The office was very responsive to needs/problems ... and friendly. Price was a bit high to us, but maybe not for this location. The unit (attached cabin) was NOT spectacular. Lots could be improved. If you have the money ... stay elsewhere. If not, this is a good base for seaway cruises, etc.

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Family style and the deco fits riverside vibe perfectly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in very early and lent us all kinds of stuff including utensils. The shared area was also very nice, with swing chairs and all. The neighborhood was quiet yet adjacent to the river and the pubs. Recommend this to anyone who wants a pleasant stay!
