"The Riveredge property is very dated, and in need of maintenance. A few specific items: clear packing tape used to close carpet seams throughout the building; poorly outfitted fitness center; in our room, a window that had fallen out of the track, and a sliding closet door that also out of track. Bed was uncomfortable. A bright spot: the Windows restaurant for breakfast. Overall, we were disappointed enough to cut our 6-day stay to 3."

"Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful."

"The hotel was very comfortable with good AC in the room and WIFI throughout. You could tell that the hotel had seen better days, i.e dated lobby area, pool was broken and link to restaurant was no longer useable since Denny's was closed. The breakfast was very adequate, with some hot food and good waffle makers. The room was modern in some ways but the bathroom especially the toilet was not user friendly, too low to the ground for seniors."

"This was our 2nd year staying here for our girls weekend. We enjoy how easy and friendly the check in was. We were early but had no problem checking in. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and it was quiet. The pool was wonderful and breakfast hade a nice variety of. We will be back again!"
