"İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name...

"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "

Absolutely disgusting experience. The location is very far from everything, and it’s extremely noisy. The workers are constantly watching you. They also overcharged me for a few snacks I purchased. At one point, they charged my credit card, claimed it didn’t go through, said they couldn’t print a receipt, and asked...

"It has been a truly wonderful experience staying at this exceptional hotel in my hometown, Alexandria. From the warm welcome and complimentary room upgrade kindly offered by the delightful female receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, I cannot recall) to the dedicated team who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, every detail reflected genuine hospitality. I deeply appreciate the outstanding service and care that made my visit so exceptional. Equally impressive was the remarkable team managing and operating the beautiful beachside restaurant. Their delicious food is undoubtedly the reason I left with a few extra pounds, and I could not be happier about it. I was truly honored to meet the managers—Mr. Abdeltawab, Mr. Moustafa, and the respectable young gentleman, Mohannad—who went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was both enjoyable and safe. Mohannad, in particular, took the extra step of recording my son’s nut allergy in the Four Seasons system and personally ensuring the chef was informed, which gave us great peace of mind. This stay has been nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to returning soon"

"Overall fantastic stay at Sheraton Montaza - perfect location, had the Presidential Suite and another room. Great price, great experience and staff. Pool, beach, workout room. They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair). My only feedback they should be more flexible with later checkout (we came at 9pm and checked out 1 pm) and paid much higher rate on the rooms because of a last minute booking. However they accommodated us in other ways and were flexible with certain things so definitely appreciate it. Will definitely stay again!!!"
