"This place was truly amazing. Aside from the top notch luxury of the hotel, it’s wonderful to be right in the middle of the city while having a completely quiet private beach and different pools to choose from. Mall right in the hotel for shopping, Food was great and so was the staff at the fish restaurant, Moustafa, Malala, Yara, and Nivine. Also the bar by the salt water pool by the beach was such a nice place to hang out at with great service, Ramy Zaky, Ibrahim and Martina and all the staff there made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and having the best time while there. Their kindness, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor really made us fall in love with the hotel even more. My family and I decided after this trip that this spot will be our yearly summer vacation spot. It surpassed our expectations and anywhere we went to before. Keep up the great work"
