"The room cleanliness and overall condition were very disappointing. In Room 815, there were visible stains all over the floor, which clearly had not been properly addressed. If this issue is still present for future guests, it suggests it was never reported or handled appropriately by staff. Additionally, the shower was only partially cleaned upon my arrival, to the point where I felt the need to clean it myself before using it. For a hotel with the reputation and rating of the Crowne Plaza, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable. These issues should not be occurring at a property of this standard. "
