"Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Elevator was a big help. Tube was pretty slippery and hand rail was a little lose. But would definitely stay again"

"I have stayed at this hotel previously and haven’t had any complaints. This time, we needed a handicap accessible room and I was quite disappointed with the bathroom facilities. While there were plenty of grab bars in the shower and around the toilet, having a walk in shower would have been much better. Unfortunately, when I inquired about a handicap accessible bench to use in the shower, I was told that the hotel only had 1 and it was in use. The room was quite comfortable otherwise. Thank you."

"Staff was great. I am disabled and they allowed me to check in just a little earlier and accommodated me for.my needs. Bed was nice and the room was clean. Although there was a hole in the bathroom door and the handle was broken also. It all worked out. 1 night stay and would stay again."

"The room was clean and had lots of pillows, albeit half-size. The breakfast bar was small but tasty. We did have an issue with wifi, but it was resolved. The bathroom was clean and extra towels were available with a quick call to the desk. I would definitely book in again."

"Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely not without issues. When we arrived, the internet was down—no big deal since we didn’t need it right away, and it was restored within a couple of hours. After settling into our room (which was decent), we realized a few hours later that the air wasn’t working. Thankfully, the front desk was quick to move us to another room, which we appreciated. The biggest letdown, though, was breakfast. The selection was very limited—cold eggs, sausage ran out, and there was a bowl of what looked like “community” oatmeal. There was supposed to be potatoes with veggies, but there weren’t actually any veggies. Just a few slices of bread for toast, some unwrapped muffins, and a bowl of apples and oranges. To top it off, there were visible stains on some of the silverware and glassware. Honestly, the pancake maker was the highlight. Glad this was just a one-night stay."
