"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfasts and coffee. When we tried checking in, they either couldn’t figure out which rooms were available or they didn’t have any ready. After standing at desk while they talked on walkie talkies, we finally just went and sat down to wait. It took 15-20 minutes to get a room assigned."

"The room was nice and bed comfortable. The refrigerator didn’t work. We didn’t realize till morning when our water was warm. We really like the shuttle service to the concert at Ruoff Center. That was the best! We will stay here again when going to concerts. "
