"Desde nuestra llegada hasta el momento de la salida, fuimos recibidos con una atención cálida y sumamente cordial. El servicio al cliente fue excepcional en todo momento.
El hotel es realmente hermoso: impecable, acogedor y cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. La vista panorámica desde nuestra habitación y terraza, rodeada de árboles y montañas, era simplemente espectacular; incluso se podía apreciar la Sierra Nevada, lo cual hacía la experiencia aún más especial. Honestamente, la estancia se sentía como estar en un spa.
Además, su ubicación es inmejorable. A solo unos cien metros se puede caminar y explorar la Alhambra, y para desplazarse al centro de la ciudad, a cien metros de distancia del hotel también hay fácil acceso a los autobuses C30 y C32. Después de disfrutar del ambiente urbano, se puede regresar cómodamente al hotel por tan solo 1.60 euros en estos mismos autobuses. "

"A great location, our room even had a super view of the Alhambra. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, looking after our baggage until we left in the late afternoon. The hotel itself was very quaint and historic but showing some signs of needing a little bit of restoration. Overall a brilliant choice for a stay in Granada and really good value for money. "
