"Wonderful place to stay near the airport. Luxury bedding and mattresses. Upscale toiletries and a large modern bathroom with heated floors and an amazing rainfall shower. Amenities included breakfast items and small fridge had drinks. Coffee maker made a quality cup of espresso. Self check-in was super easy. "something I wished I could of read before-- this property is smack dab in the heart of downtown. It is perfect for walking around- but the parking is difficult. So here are some tricks I wish someone would of shared. When you arrive go to the 2nd hand store on Grettisgata park only to drop off your luggage (if you have a lot) Then go up a few blocks to the P3 (green) which becomes free at 1800 zone where parking is 220isk/hr instead of 600isk/hr which doesnt become free until 9-10?. if you...

"I don’t have any complaints - staff were great, breakfast buffet was awesome. Room was clean as was the shared washrooms. It was less then a 10min walk to various restaurants, pubs and stores. Definitely worth considering when traveling to Keflavik. "

"Great stay, though clearly out of town. The only challenge we had was understanding that the code was for a lockbox, which had the key for the room. We were unfamiliar with this kind of lock box, so entered the code - fiddled with the lever, etc. with no luck. Another guest had figured out how to get the lockbox open - revealing the key. I would make this part clearer, and it's even more of a winner."
