It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours ...

Hôtel RALF
The hotel was modern with the room being clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the busy road at the front of hotel. Reception were very helpful and quickly moved me to another room at the back of the hotel for the second night of my stay.

Shuttle bus is a joke! You must stop deceiving people with this non existent service! Stranded at airport for more than an hour waiting for your driver in vain! Bathtubs in 2 different rooms are blocked water does get drained! Lightings in rooms and bathroom are so dim! Furniture is very very old ...
