Once reminded of this they gave us second room but room was not ready - bed needed to be made up and towels etc placed in room. "Positives I stayed here with my five year old daughter. She was treated kindly by all the staff. She particularly bonded with Ayse, Deniz and Solah. Ayse noticed it had been my daughter's fifth birthday two days before we arrived which was a lovely touch. She always made time for my daughter to sit and chat with her.
