Great location - close to the beach and the port. The view of the castle was fantastic from the high bar (you can see the hotel from the top of the castle). Staff were fantastic and approachable. The room was pleasant and clean, the view from the balcony was looking onto another building but a road in between. Nice size of balcony. The bathroom was nicely decorated and the shower was strong and warm.

Hotel Sercotel Maya Alicante
Room was lovely. Refurbished 8th floor with open balcony looking up to the castle and a view of the sea. Pillows were about 6 inches thick so went and bought some from the shopping centre as they had no other option. Pool bar was broken so no drinks at the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. ...
