"The room was very clean, along with the bathroom. We had plenty of towels and all the other necessities that are needed to take a shower. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Omg and the breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee. I have to have my morning coffee to get me going and I have to say I always have two cups my husband and I only stay at the Holiday Inn in Calallen when we are visiting family and friends. Holiday inn will always be our first and only choice."

"The hotel room was clean and everything was where it should be. The pillows were iffy in texture but the mattress was really comfortable. I had to remove a bulb in the bathroom that was flashing. The front desk was a little overwhelmed (VERY busy weekend for them!) and didn’t seem interested in my explanation. I think one of the drawers in the closet may have been broken and the shower door did not stay closed. The counter in the kitchenette was also burned but again, minor details and the room was clean. Also, I’m not sure if it was because of the construction outside but upon returning to the hotel Saturday, throughout the day, the first floor smelled strongly of sewage. No bug signs in the room, large scary spider outside in the parking lot that didn’t want me to come inside but we negotiated and I was allowed in the building. I would have been happy to stay there again, however, at 10:30 (an hour and a half before check out) a man was pounding on my door yelling laundry. I was in the restroom, so I can only assume that if I’d been in the shower I wouldn’t have heard them and they would have walked in. Additionally, I had been assigned to a room for the hearing impaired; so I can assume that they were bypassing that protocol for the lights outside as well. It was honestly very jarring and as a woman staying alone, rather frightening. Additionally, as stated, it was an hour and a half before posted checkout times so it stands to reason I could have possibly been asleep."

"The front desk was awesome. Always greeting you as you entered or exited the place. The housekeepers made sure I had clean towels when asked as I didn’t need my bed fixed every day so I asked for fresh towels. I’d return here again."
