"Went to the front desk to let them know my luggage will be coming anytime since the airline forgot it at our last destination. The staff was so empathetic and kind enough to ask if we needed any toiletries and if we needed any help. I wished I got her name. They also called me right away when my luggage arrived later that day. We will be checking in to this hotel when ever we visit socal."
