"The location is perfect for our family because it is one of the few properties with 3 bedrooms, unobstructed ocean views, a few steps from sand, a nice short walk to the main strip, and view of the pickleball courts (so we can see when they are available). The customer service is excellent and they have too many amenities to name. This is the only place that we stay when we visit Oahu, 1-3 times a year. "

"There was no self parking, only valet parking for $45 a night. Amenities were an additional charge of $33 a night, these are items that should already be included in the price like use of swimming pools & enhanced cleaning protocols. Most hotels will include it in the price per night. The elevators & carpets need upgrades. And the sofa bed was so old that the mattress was warped. Other than that, the grounds were beautiful, the staff were amazing & we enjoyed our stay. "
