"The room was very clean. The entire hotel is charming and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here to attend our first NBA game at Scotia Bank Arena, which you can access through the underground walking paths(more like an airport shopping mall/food courts area with access to everything above). We will definitely stay here again. vmcenterand we'll definitely stay again."

"This was a great hotel, staff were friendly and gave us an upgrade as well when we checked it. the 1 bedroom king luxury suite was very clean and a nice layout. Will definitely return on on next trip :) Enjoy "

"We had an issue with our first room, the door did not close properly and you could see through the room a bit, it looked like the door was just cut incorrectly. We brought it to their attention and they got us a new room right away, the only other room they had with our size bed was an upgraded room but they gave it to us with no extra cost. The room was absolutely amazing. The first room was very nice and as expected very clean, the second room the view was absolutely incredible. The staff were so helpful, the bath products were nice. If you have a chance to stay in a king room on the corner do it! The location for shopping doesn’t get any better! There was no wait for check in or check out either which was a huge bonus. "
