We liked the pools and spa. Very relaxing after a day of driving. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel to the scenic village of Allairez and the river nearby.

Amazing Spa

Stayed here three times now. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Great Spa. The area is beautiful, a few decent restaurants there. The hotel restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday. Staff are friendly. Will be back again

The hotel is beautiful, our bedroom was spotless and quiet, and the bed comfortable. The nightly rate does not include the spa and water circuit. In comes at an additional cost of €15.

Very average hotel in a great location.

Hotel in a great location right next to town and within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular given its star rating and I found the breakfast tired and and not great in terms of offerings. We ordered one item of room service which again was limited and it was terrible. €24 for 2 cheese and ham sandwiches and a tin of cola, only ordered owing to our arrival time but a really poor effort. Additionally disappointing was the arrangements and charges associated with using spa which was not free to access for guests and had very limited opening hours which had to be booked the day before. Apart from its location not a great stay.

This is not exactly a spa hotel as one expects, the spa is totally separated from the hotel and charges for its use, the opening hours are limited especially if you check in after 7pm. It’s just an average road hotel .

El alojamiento es muy bonito y se come muy bien en el restaurante. La única pega es que permiten demasiada gente a la vez en el Spa. Es pequeño y los grupos deberían ser más reducidos para poder disfrutarlo.

Nuestras expectativas respecto a un hotel de 4 estrellas y a sus servicios eran más altas que lo que hemos recibido. La habitación muy amplia y bien organizada tenía (principalmente en el baño) varios desperfectos así como solo 4 toallas (2 de baño y 2 de mano). La nevera no la habían revisado por lo que nos encontramos una botella medio vacía de los clientes anteriores. Curiosamente solo había una papelera (tamaño mini) en el baño, por lo que cualquier basura (ej. una botella de agua) tenías que dejarla en el suelo de la habitación. El servicio y la atención del personal ha sido muy buena, pero les falta un poco de organización, principalmente con el servicio de cafeteria. Por último señalar que los alrededores y jardines del hotel son muy bonitos pero algunas zonas están poco cuidadas o directamente sucias como por ejemplo la zona de las escaleras en la parte posterior del edificio y el lateral del edificio par celebrar banquetes.
