"Had a good selection of breakfast. Only thing with breakfast was the water for tea and chocolate was not kept hot. Front staff was usually not at the front but tucked away in one of the pods at the business center area or sitting at a table in the back corner. When we arrived 3 of us used the toilet and there was a water leak where the toilet and floor met. I went down a half a hour after we arrived, reported it to the desk agent. I messaged again at 8 pm that maintenance did not come to check it out and at 11 pm I received a message saying they did not see my report and wanted to know if I wanted towels. The others were sleeping. The shower door would not close completely so sone water went on the floor. Bath towels were worn with strings hanging from them and the bed cover was torn at a seam. "

"Front desk girl shawuandra or whatever her name is very unprofessional and always talking on the phone with friends and talk very bad language,this place is very unprofessional only reason I stay here is because close to my job ,and at night can't sleep the guys that work for this big tree company have like 20 employees staying here and they drink and play Mexican music real loud and keep the door open so everyone can here it "

"Toilet would not fill with water, had to take the lid off & shake the valve. They always lock me out of my room while I am at the Dr. I go at 8am and back by 9:30 key is always deactivated, check out is noon!!"
