"Parking is narrow and there is not enough for the property. Otherwise I thought it was clean and fairly well maintained. The breakfast was ok but by the time I got down most of it was empty or gone and not restocked. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Location is 7 min from KSU campus. The main issue that I saw was that the walls and floor/ ceilings were thin. Noise from the hall and above was irksome. People can be jerks and there is not much the hotel can do about that. Given the price gouging that goes on when there is a home game closer to the campus this was a pretty good deal price wise."
