good position, old but posh internally

"cheap airport transfer using “YandexGO” app (airport wifi useless so ensure you’ve access to international data or buy local SIM to use - cost gbp 6 for 30+ minutes journey). hotel is significantly updated soviet era tower unlike headline promotion photo on website but smart & posh internally with lots of adjacent restaurants (up huge external staircase- no obvious lift & no connection from lobby). quick efficient friendly check in, clerk a mine of useful local transport info (bus 12 from stop opposite takes 25 minutes to reach ski lift and resort with snow in April for gbp 40pence). lots of good lifts in hotel, room old but fine- breakfast very good "
