"I loved the breakfast buffet. Incredible location in the city everything i wanted to do in Almaty was 10 minutes or less drive. The elevator buttons didnt work half the time had to get out and go to another elevator just to go up or down. I cant tell the building is a little worn down, but had a good stay none the less."

Throughout my two-week stay, I was deeply impressed by the high standard of service provided by the reception staff. Every team member was courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was consistently spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to the hotel manager, for his for his exceptional coordination, and to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. "Good location close to the airport. Clean and well presented. The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. My only issue was the Aircon didn't work very well so the room was very hot."
