Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.

I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning.
