"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

Here are the pros: You are within walking distance of EVERYTHING You have shops, food, souvenir shops, & local foods :They provode towels for the beach :You a near water ferry for just $4.00 ROUNDTRIP to the other island. The staff veey friendly. :The rooms were clean. : The water was hot. :Locals are friendly Cons: Streets ARE congested because IT is a cruise port. : Bugs bit me but the hotel provides spray :Some steep hills bring walking shoes : "

"We had a suite and it was a great room! Only complaint it that it was on floor 6 and the music from floor 7 club was thumping. We were very tired and fell asleep quick so it turned out to be ok, but if we weren't it would have kept us up. We also had dinner reservations at Mar y Rosa and cancelled because there was loud music. "
