Comfortable, clean, quiet, and very accessible. Lots of space. Great location and in walkable distance from old San Juan city. Highly recommend.

The location is good. However, we were disappointed in several things. The floor was filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The kitchen had only a few things. There was no soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to go and purchase these. The furniture was dirty, some even had stains. The one good thing, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean.
