"Had to cut my stay short since there was no water. There was also a construction crew working there around 8am daily. There was no hot water whatsoever. Getting inside was a mission. Looks nothing like the pics! Beds are not comfortable. Very deceiving. I expressed my concern to them and all they did was apologize. They refused to refund me anything at all. Customer service is atrocious. They’ve been ignoring me. "

"They don't mention that this property has two floors and some dangerous stairs. The first floor has no AC, so sleeping in that bed is tough. The entire property needs a deep cleaning. There is no view (as they mentioned), and the balcony is practically a garbage dump. I found many dead cockroaches everywhere. Communication was good; they allowed us to check in 40 minutes before."
