Hotels near Pan American Pier

"The hotel looks great- funky and fresh design and furnishings. However a few things that were annoying - shower and water- continually had issues with this. Would vary from no pressure to no hot water- I didn't have a decent shower the whole time I was there - walls are paper thin and you can hear the entire conversation of your neighboring room - no lift means that it's a real struggle if your suitcase is heavy - it's a 5 min uber ride or 25min walk into old San Juan, so not in the heart of old San Juan as I thought it'd be They tried to fix the water issues but were unable to, and said that the water is government owned so hence not reliable. This isn't acceptable when you are paying a decent amount for a hotel room. "

"Property very nice, clean ocean view room so worth it. Coffee in the room not a good quality. A nespresso machine will be great to have. "

"The unit had multiple unacceptable issues during our stay. The ceiling fans were visibly dirty, and the floors were sticky and unclean. The property stairwell was dirty and had a noticeable smell of urine. When we arrived, the unit door was unlocked, which is a serious security concern. The pillowcases had long black hair on them, and the furniture was dirty and carried an unpleasant odor. These conditions do not meet basic cleanliness or safety standards. "

"The pillows or mattress were moldy, the hot tub didnt work, the laundry product machines barely worked, the restaurants didnt take card but INSISTED on room charges and then CHARGED an additional $40 per receipt on top of TIPS. One meal of $30 had an additional surcharge of $40!!! This was never mentioned. The parking was nice, I asked for the CONDADO Hilton not Gardens so I'm disappointed in hotel swap. Puerto Rico is beautiful and will be back. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed the property, entertainment and food!! The room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. The hallways smelled delightful. Staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that we found during turn down service, a mini bottle of our liquor was stolen. I didnt complain to the front desk, I just requested that we not have turn down service anymore during our stay. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel, just lock all your stuff up. "

"Great resort, staff was friendly. The bar tender OVI was such a pleasure. His professionalism was unmatched. We told him me and my wife was there for my birthday and the next day he surprised us with a birthday balloon. Such a nice gesture. Thanks OVI and staff for such a nice birthday experience!!!
