"Beautiful property, excellent customer service, perfect location in the center of downtown. The only minor issue is that the elevator was slow, particularly when we have a large number of guests due to a wedding. "

"For my two teenage boys, I could not beat this location. Just park the car and never think about driving until the vacation is over! Only thing was that the pool was under construction or something (April 2026). There's plenty to do in Philly anyway!"

"Hotel is in a fantastic location just blocks from city hall and Rittenhouse Square. Super clean onsite valet parking with in and out privileges and a coffee bar and Ruth’s Chris located in the lobby of the hotel. It’s definitely going to be my go to for Philly from now on. "

"You get what you get. We stayed for an early morning flight and we didn’t need anything special, but the room/hallways reeeeked of weed, the staff clearly don’t really care about “customer service” and the hairdryer literally caught on fire when I tried to use it. "

"This hotel is in a great location in the historical district. However parking was expensive and the room needed a deep cleaning. "

"Very nice hotel but they badly need to replace the carpeting in the rooms. Old and tearing in places and appeared very dirty. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff was great! If the carpeting was replaced I would definitely consider staying again. "
