The Lodge at Jackson Hole

"When we checked in, our room wasn’t ready, which was fine but the front desk just told us to leave our luggage under the stairs. They didn’t give us claim checks, they didn’t watch over it, we just left it out in the open, which was very odd. They also didn’t explain anything about the shuttle or any other information about the hotel, just told us check-in was at 4:00. The breakfast is a good value, but the quality was not great. Standard free breakfast food at other places. Our room was nice and clean, but the rest of the hotel looked a bit worn. Overall, our stay was okay, but we’d probably stay somewhere else next time."

"Dan at the front desk is a great guy! Super helpful, super personable and super kind. We picked up a nail in our tire in GTNP and had to add an extra night to our stay to wait for the tire shop to open... Dan went above and beyond to help us out. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good and the man taking care of putting it out was very nice (the coffee was great!). We've been to Jackson many times, but this was our first time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again. PS. Give Dan a raise!"

"We enjoyed the room and location. We can walk and shop close by and easy access to head to yellowstone. We enjoyed the coffee in room and one day the fresh baked cookies."

"It is a motel, so heard a little, people coming & going outside, (noisy workers next door), but the walls are great. **Never heard any other guests, otherwise. The door needs weather stripping, you could see outside-that would be so cold in the Winter. Nice office clerks, very friendly & helpful. Smallish room, (bare bones, not even any tissues), but a small kitchen w/ microwave & frig. are nice. Bed was super comfy, and nice crisp sheets."
