The room was cle, well maintained and comfortable with an ability to make tea/coffee which I find rare in France so far. We were dealing with a lost passport situation and Damoon, Lea, and Penelope were especially helpful in assisting us with making necessary phone calls, appointments, and printing copies of documents. They really saved us from a lot of extra frustration. A big thanks to all of them! The room was clean and comfortable - everything we needed as we dealt with a difficult situation. We will definitely return to this hotel if we are ever in Strasbourg again."

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"
