"Apartments Torreluz was a very good choice because of excellent location in the city center, covenient parking in the garage, and, first of all, a great view of the city, the port and the sea. The place itself was spacious and clean (daily cleaning service). Overall, highly recommended."

"Spectacular stay, 100% recomended, the staff is amazing and super attentive. I even accidentally dropped my gold ring during breakfast and they saved it for me at the front desk. Very honest and attentive staff… they are the best!"

"We had 2 nights booked and checked out after one. Reception very run down. Dirty tables in reception area which we stained as if someone had spilt a drink on there, still the same the next day. Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update "

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable; el personal no solo fue increíblemente atento y profesional, sino que también se anticipó a todas nuestras necesidades, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y cuidados en todo momento. Las instalaciones son de primera clase. Todo el hotel, desde las habitaciones hasta las áreas comunes, está diseñado con un gusto exquisito y se mantiene en perfectas condiciones. Es un lugar que combina lujo con comodidad, creando un ambiente ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. Finalmente, la comida merece una mención especial. Cada plato que probamos fue una delicia culinaria, preparado con ingredientes de alta calidad y una presentación digna de los mejores restaurantes. "The staff was amazing, especially Sandra she helped me a lot everyday with the area and getting a taxi. Nothing in this area is walkable unfortunately so taxis tend to get expensive after a while. The hotel itself was really clean and I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was affordable and some good options! One thing that I didn’t like was that water wasn’t offered at all times but coffee was. Water was only during breakfast. Maybe that’s something they can consider offering to their guests, especially in 35 degree weather! All in all the hotel itself is great! "
