"Great hotel, the room was very clean and ideal for a family with kids. Check-in was slightly cumbersome as the link provided isn’t active and couldn’t do it online until getting to the property. Their breakfast was very good, lots of choices to choose from and everything was fresh. The only downsize is the parking. 2 choices available, pay a ridiculous amount of money for 24h or try and find available street parking which during the week can be very challenging. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would probably come back again if transiting though."

"Reported that the safe didn’t work or the larger light fittings on first evening of stay. Reported again the next evening as no one had been to look. Member of staff came with instruction on use and looked at safe told it was batteries and they would be replaced. Came with batteries and it was actual safe not working was told that maintenance would replace the safe. Next can’t replace the safe but can move room we were catching an early morning train to Salzburg so couldn’t move room. Disappointed that had no safe and had to carry valuables every where each day. If safe had been checked first day moving rooms would not have been an issue. Feel that rooms being prepared for new guests should not only be cleaned but checked for working lights and safe etc before arrival."

I would’ve appreciated a couple degrees cooler, but it was the best in-room AC I’ve had in Europe. Also directly across the street from a U4 station, which was very convenient. It’s my top pick to stay in Vienna!"
