"Room was semi-clean so that was a plus. The photos are not indicative of the actual spaces of the appt which is very intentional as the kitchen and bathroom are quite filthy and under constructions. We had a major concern about cigarette smell upon arrival host company was quickly responsive and just told us to open a window however we had the windows open for 2 hours with no luck so they "sent someone". However we were not there to recieve the person so I doubt anything was done because the...

"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"It's a nice room and mostly clean but they were stains on the carpet and the sofa that made it feel less welcoming. IntercityHotel Wien

IntercityHotel Wien

10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, quiet, and spacious room, professional staff, generous and tasty breakfast buffet, steady WiFi, complementary water bottle in room and free refills in the lobby, quick hot water for the shower, plenty of counter space in the bathroom. A very pleasant and peaceful stay at a great value. Convenient location right on a major commercial pedestrian street with a variety of dining options, and just around the corner from a supermarket and a major public transportation hub."
