"Exceptional. We had messed up our booking dates and the hotel was so accomodating. The staff were just wonderful and we had a lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. We only had one night here as we had just landed in Bolivia. With the altitude change it was tough but the hotwl had oxygen tanks avaialable. We also had a lovley massage in their spa which was great after our long flight.. highly recommend! "

"Exceptional location. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Our Dome room was magnificant and we left the curtains open at night in order to enjoy the clear skies and even saw a meteor falling. The salt plains were awesome and we got beautiful pictures with our family. 5 stars!"

"This is a business hotel, but the room was spacious, distinct desk area, and heated floors. The heated floors were amazing. Close to the main street in La Paz and restaurants. Elevators, and a nice lobby area and small outside seating/smoking area."

"We had a lovely time there! However there are no heaters in the rooms so you will be a bit cold. Also there is a window at the top of the door that lets the light in from the hall 24/7. Extremely warm and helpful staff."

"The ladies in charge were super nice. I arrived much earlier than check-in time, she invited me to have breakfast while I am waiting for the room. When I checked out the next day around 5 am, a 2nd lady prepared breakfast box and help me with my luggage."
