"The hotel was very satisfactory. It had air-conditioning and all the amenities we needed. We stayed in a quadruple room with our kids. The bathroom was very tiny but fine for our short stay. Staff was very helpful when we arrived early in the day and needed to store our luggage until check-in. It is next to the main train station but about a 20 minute walk so not as close as you might expect."

Water station located at the lobby with some candies and fresh appples you can grab. The hotel also provided us a bottle made of glass for water refill, quite helpful to keep us hydrated and save some bucks buying water worth 5 chf in some places. Brilliant idea! We had so much fun exploring the beautiful Luzern! 😊"
