Front desk staff was friendly and attentive however cleaning and maintenance staff dressed unprofessionally and overheard the cleaning staff complaining about guests. Location to what I needed was great but otherwise I most likely will not be staying here again."

"My husband and I have stayed multiple times at Hyatt place in state college. This time we had a few issues. When we closed the bathroom door it locked on the inside and we could not get in. We realized it was locked at 3 in the morning when we needed to use the bathroom. The front desk staff was unable to open the door. My husband went out to his car and got a screwdriver and was able to open the door. Also, we were given a parking pass to park in the parking garage When we tried to use it. It did not work and we were charged $33 to park. Definitely inconvenienced during our stay. Just a little disappointed."

The bathroom wall beside the toilet looked like it was leaking water And the big problem was check in time was at 3 pm we arrived at 5 pm and the room was not ready and they tried to put us in a smoking room and I requested a smokeless room. "
