I booked Hop Inn Hotel Iloilo from August 29 to September 3 but had to check out early due to a terrible experience. On the morning of August 30, I discovered there was no running water—the bathroom faucet was completely dry. "We weren't expecting much from a budget hotel, but on this occassion, RedDoorz failed to meet even our basic expectations. The main issue was that we booked a room with a king-sized bed, but when we got there, the room was not available. So my wife and I were downgraded to a smaller room with two twin-sized beds.
"Why were we able to book that room online if it wasn't available?" I asked the single staff on premises. He shrugged in response.

"Staff needs more training especially in house keeping & also the hotel needs to allocate funds on buying proper cleaning equipment such as vacuum & also should have available iron & board whenever it's needed by the costumer not just give them an iron with exposed wires that can be a source or accident or injury."
"Excellent .Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were easy. But when something unfortunate happens, as it did during our stay , me and my friend trapped in elevator. I pushed the button to go up, and 2 seconds later.. the elevator jolted.. We were stuck! (1st time) It was truly the scariest 10-15 mins of my life. Good thing I'm with my friend and not alone lol , and we don't have Claustrophobia. Kudos to the maintenance team who respond right away . "
